You can learn the details of how to use this wiki here, but you may not want to invest that much time right now. If you prefer to learn by doing, you can just go to some page and start editing, teaching yourself from what you see others have done before you. First experiment without changing any content by clicking a page's "edit" tab, altering the content, and then clicking "Show preview" instead of "Save page".

Don't be afraid to contribute. Edits as small as correcting a typographical error are helpful.
